SPICE was the first Indian Restaurant in Flitwick, set up and run by Az Hussain, the Head Chef. He has built up a regular clientele who come to this friendly restaurant to experience his fresh food and fine cooking.
Az has created a menu encompassing authentic and innovative dishes using only the finest ingredients to which he has now added a selection of great fish specialty dishes.
We aim to prepare each dish according to the taste and preferences of individual customers. If you have any requests for dishes which are not on the menu please ask, and we will endeavour to prepare them for you.

For a Special Occasion try our Traditional Indian Roast Leg of Lamb or Indian Roast Chicken which is marinated overnight in a whole range of spices to create a wonderful flavour. To order this you must phone 24 hours in advance, and this is for dining in only.

Spice restaurant is easily the best Indian around these areas for getting fantastic curries and tandoori dishes. The service from the boys at the restaurant is excellent and friendly. Spice's chef always makes sure how you prefer your curries. It is always a pleasure for me to take my family and friends for a great night out at spice. It is great value for money too because we take our own wine. They always seem to be busy so sometimes we have to settle for a take away which they also deliver and they always put in extras for us. Making myself hungry thinking about curries and spice. Great.xxx
