Registered Free Swimming

The Government's free swimming scheme is to be suspended from the end of July 2010. Whilst it is not possible for us to continue to operate the scheme, please ask at reception for current offers that are available.


With our 4 court sports hall and our 2 squash courts we can offer:

• Badminton
• Short Tennis
• 5 A-side football
• Basket Ball
• Table Tennis
• Squash with a league and a ladder
  
  Flitwick Leisure Centre provides 2 adult football pitches and 1 junior.
  

  Along with a floodlit hard play area for 5 A-side football, netball and 3 tennis courts.

 

Workout@Lifestyles offers a variety of exercise classes designed to cater for all ages and abilities. 

Whether you want fun, energetic group sessions or relaxing, chill out sessions there will be something to suit you. The workout programmes are reviewed on a quarterly basis.

If you would like to know details of school term dates and holidays, please contact reception.

Creche

While you are enjoying your workout class at Flitwick Leisure Centre you can leave your children in our safe and caring creche. Expereinced and qualified staff provide quality care and fun activities for babies and children up to their 5th birthday. Ofsted registered.

Would you feel better if your children were more active in fun, fully supervised sessions? Children@lifestyles gives your children loads to do - they can get involved in a huge variety of sporting activities (with qualified coaches)

 

Children activities available at Flitwick Leisure Leisure Centre are:

Aqua Fun

You and your children can enjoy fun sessions in the pool every weekend. You'll have a splashing time! AquaEd Swimschool

We provide a full programme of swimming lessons for children from 6 months old.

Trampolining

We have trampolining classes that run every term throughout the year for children from 3 years old to 15 years old. Mini Gym

We provide gymnastic courses for children from when they start walking onwards and these run every term throughout the year.

We hold cheerleading classes for girls and boys aged 6-18 years, every term throughout the year.
